What I am experiencing is quite common and is considered wear and tare
Both scans show no abnormality
Many technical terms but this is the end result

I realized I was pushing myself like I had something to prove to myself. I am not suggesting that was what you have been doing but once I realized I was I gave myself a break mentally and started being more careful about overtraining. I still hit my goals but without injury which I think I was heading for.
At least you know what it isn't now. I guess like the rest of us your guarantee has run out, wear and tear gets all of us.
Good luck our brother.

Good news. Pain, however not a very large concern.
Great news that nothing related to PCa showed up. I’ve had the same issue with a myriad of antalgic musculoskeletal findings and in part due to overtraining at times. Rest has been my solution except lumbar pain which required an epidural steroid injection which abated my symptoms. Peace fellow warrior
Good Deal....... Now all you need is care and prayer......
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

Good news. Very relieved to hear this. Now go gently into a heal and repair cycle. Maybe back off the heaviest power lifts (dead lifts squats and Olympic cleans) and use more back supported modes like leg presses etc.?Massage, Theragun, and non-violent chiropractor and contrast baths of heat (tub or sauna) alternating with ice cold. Be well and stay well.
That's the plan
A good sports-oriented physical therapy department, such as for college and pro athletes, can accommodate contrast baths as well as targeted rehab exercises and be covered under insurance. Might also have an expert eye look at your lifting mechanics (or have someone video you ) to look for any little technical flawThat might be putting you at risk. It is hard to see in ourselves when we have well established mechanics. Best of progress to you.
Glad to hear MRI was negative! Warm it, stretch it, cool it, shock it. That's what I do to heal from my tears. Hope it resolves on its own for you so you can get be back to getting "ripped"!
