Do anyone know anything about this trial and the possible benefits of early use of Radium 233?
I know the lead investigator. IMHO all men who are metastatic should have ADT, and his trial won't tell anyone if they would have done better with ADT alone. This is a MUCH better trial:

Xofigo is certainly best if used earlier. But it is only FDA-approved for symptomatic mCRPC with bone metastases and no visceral metastases. There's a black box warning against combination with Zytiga. It does seem to combine well with Provenge, docetaxel, and PARP inhibitors.
