Provenge failure 2nd time

Have experienced Provenge cell collection failure twice, first time failed, second time was successful with a successful infusion, third time again failed in the cell collection process.

Have two complications which may affect cell collection, one is I’m on prednisone 10 Mg daily for another situation, and I also have Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) affects bone marrow.

Also, experience the blood pressure spiked to 200, the doctor believes unrelated to treatment was treated with medication at the time.

My questions:

1.Any experience with this type of collection problem?

2. Any success after two failures?

3. Any suggested questions for follow-up with Dr. tomorrow?

4. Any other thoughts? All
