I can't speak to xtandi side effects since I haven't had the pleasure of receiving it. I can relate that I did have a metallic and unpleasant taste in my mouth after starting propafenone for atrial fibrillation. It lasted for months and then one day I realized it was gone. I hope this problem goes away for you too.

I have been on xtandi for 4 years and have not experienced a metal taste. Definitely mention it to you doctor.

When Starting Zytiga I had initial metal taste but it went away about 6 weeks later....outside Led Zeppelin never acquired a taste for metal!!!
