This trial will be done using ESK981 and nivolumab. Nivolumab is a drug with many severe side effects, mainly autoimmune diseases affecting many organs. It can cause colitis, nephritis, hepatitis, encephalitis etc.

I could not find info about side effects of ESK981

I am interested in the completed ESK981 trial only. Without any additional drugs. It has been completed. Too early for results to be published. I was on it . Had to cease it did not work. Wondering if anyone here may have been on it and there results. Thanks
