Bispecifics immunotherapy trials

Is anyone on this site enrolled, or about to enroll, in the bispecific t-cell engager (BiTE) trials involving Regeneron, Harpoon, or Amgen?

Thanks in advance.

My Oncologist tells me I may now want to consider clinical trials as I have now failed several treatments over the last 2 1/2 + years.

I am now researching my options and have been told about promising BITE trials. Looking at Regeneron + Cemiplimab at Columbia Presbyterian, AMG160 at MSK, and others at Weill Cornell and possibly Yale.

Of course I will need to initially find out if I would even qualify for any of them.

I thought there would have been more responses to your post. Maybe this technology is just too new.

Do you have any update since your post 6 months ago?

Have you looked into trials for AR resistance?

There are a couple like that. Also BAT. Have you given it any thoughts. I’m also BRCA2+

I am putting together a list, as I need to now find my next viable treatment option. Olaparib is failing me after 2 years on it. Got 19 months PSA undetectable, and now it's on the move to 1.98 in just 4 months.

Interested in your thoughts, and hearing where you're at.
