Am I right to think that PET-TT isn’t always accurate regarding bone metastasis? That Naf-PET is better?

I'm not sure what you mean-- the NaF PET/CT is obviously a PET/CT. It depends which PET/CT you are comparing it to. It very much depends on what the PSA is and how big the metastases are. Axumin PET, which is widely available for recurrent PC, is better. PSMA PET scans, which is experimental, is also better. This article may explain:
