Question about xtandi response during initial treatment :)

Hello, I hope everyone is doing well on here!! I posted awhile ago in regards to my dad who started on xtandi a month ago and Lupron 3 months ago. His initial PSA was 11 with bone mets when he was diagnosed. He just did blood work a week Ago and his PSA has dropped to 0.53, but his ALP went from 70 to a 100. Is there an initial flare of ALP from starting xtandi? And if the PSA drops after xtandi, does it mean that it’s a hormone-sensitive cancer?

Thank you guys so much

- Mary

It means that he is responding to the xtandi, and quite well.
