Time is what keeps everything from happening at once...

1. Keep physically active.

2. Watch your weight.

3. Eat nutritious complete meals.

4. It is common speech that atomizes and transmits the virus. It hangs in the air for hours.

5. After using N-95s just place them in a paper bag and let them age for 7 days and you can go again. They won't be clogged up by walking around a grocery store, just -possibly- contaminated. Time kill these bugs.

6. Read the bible a few pages a day using a good commentary like Dennis Prager's.
