How long does Lutetium therapy usually work for paitent with bone metastases in pelvis and vertebrae?

Around 47% have some kind of response after the first cycle (around 4-6 weeks). Best response median 22 weeks,

I have pelvic lesions and some in spine. I had a mild response from LU177. PSA dropped a little on first round, and scans became stable while on treatment. After 5 rounds, cancer started to run amok again.

I did 6 cycles of LU177 as part of the Vision trial. Prior to the treatment I had a PSA 115 and innumerable bone Mets. At end of treatment PSA was 0.43. In my case PSA start rising immediately and hit 15 after 4 months with new Mets to my hip and rib.

Not sure how typical my response was but I know I had hoped for a longer time before disease progression.
