Apricot or Peach Seed Success?
The problem with apricot seeds is the cyanide exposure from consuming them.
From an article on the subject:
The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) have warned that a single serving of three small apricot kernels or one large apricot kernel could put adults over the suggested safe levels of cyanide exposure, while one small kernel could be toxic to an infant.

In the mixed up world of cancer, cyanide might actually be more toxic to cancer cells than it is to normal cells. I'm not saying it's true, only that it is one of the theories as to why apricot seeds might be beneficial for cancer patients.
Eating any seeds that contain cyanide really cannot be advised as the concentration can vary quite widely between one seed and another.
Back in the early eighties two old ladies bought a bag of bitter almonds from a health food shop and started eating them on the way home, needless to say they never got there!
The amount of cyanide in an apple pip, etc is not going to kill you but I would not start eating several peach pits at a sitting except as a form of dietary Russian roulette!
Yeah I’ve wondered about the cyanide, but I still have 10 apricot kernels a day for the B17 plus 2 glasses of Cassava juice for the B17 also, can’t say I’ve noticed anything from having them, just hope it’s killing cancer cells.
I rather eat the fruit and junk the pits....
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
