Any suggestions about choosing a surgeon?

My 2nd post and thank you all for providing the detailed info in the previous one.

My dad has decided to opt for radical prostatectomy. Do you have any specific surgeon in the UK that you would recommend? I am not quite certain about the criteria for choosing the best surgeon. Does the positive margin rate come first for consideration?

I would really appreciate it if you could post your recommendations here or if it is not convenient, please pm me. Thanks again!
