New news to me: oncologist opined this week that my low WBC count (now @1000) was OK, not Apalutamide related because prior to starting Apalutamide 8 months ago, he said my white blood cell count was 2000. So 2000 could be my normal high.
Today I see online that Lupron, and all ADT (still on Lupron continuousy for 14 years) could cause low white blood cell count. He also speculated the cause could be the porphyria (that killed my twin sister at age 36).

Isn't the lot end of the wbc range about 4.3? I suppose they sometimes list it as 4.3 or on your yesterday that would be 4,300, right? Mine had been low around 4.0 since being on Lupron. I get infections easier than i used to.
14 years on lupron alone?
Have you done intermittent breaks?
What is your PSA doubling time when not on lupron?
