Looking for feedback on final pathology results after RP surgery:
Gleason 3+4 - 7, Grade group 2, pattern 4 (20-30%) with 10% mucinous features
Dominant module is present in right posterolateral
Focal extraprostatic extension at right base, no seminal vesicle/bladder neck invasion identified, surgical resection margin - negative for carcinoma, stage pt3a.
The extraprostatic extension was located at the right bladder neck.
PSA test in 30 and 90 days. I'm thinking based on PSA results will determine next step.
Is pt3a something that is curable or manageable?
