Absolutely! And it's so nice to have others understand my sense of humor, as dry and crass as it can be at times! Humor has been good medicine for me, doctors have even commented on it and we're happy I was positive. Hopefully I am rubbing off on hubby! 😂

It’s getting close to 10 p.m. here on west coast ... I’m icing up my Moet and getting some snacks on crackers and music ready ... gonna bring in the new decade in the Jacuzzi. Might be prudent to wait until the bullets stop flying yayahahahaya. Bombs , fireworks and full auto gunfire already going off right now ... it’ll be mayhem at midnight. Good thing California is the most restrictive gun rules in the country ... otherwise you’d think this was a war zone. 😱

I have a black powder canon I like to fire , can’t run from the fuse now tho. Frightens all the neighborhood dogs too. My window shattering canon just gets lost in the roar at midnight anyway. 😂😂😂😂😂

Black powder anything is pretty much legal here. It’s considered a parade - confetti canon. It’s bore can shoot a golf ball, it can shoot a inch and a half lead ball through entire trees or sheds like tissue paper. In town , as long as it doesn’t fire a projectile it’s legal. In town it mainly shoots newspaper wadding and duct tape compression booster. Out in the county it , like all bp powered devices, can shoot steel shot or golf balls but not at inhabited dwellings , over a road , water etc. . Exploding fireworks are illegal here , but this doesn’t actually explode so it’s legal. It’s made from the pivoting end cap for a large suspension bridge cable end. When well loaded and compression taped with duct tape, it’s thunderous ... nearly able to break neighborhood windows. Ear plugs a must yayahahahaya lots of fun.

Yea the Moët was great but after the first glass or two or three ... it could be just as well be screw cap / bladder in the box local wine yayahahahaya

Yayahahahaya took me hours to “ get it “ .... yayahahahaya WOW ! Yes my canon is indeed small. No powder left in it as well.

Coincidentally that is also the selling point in local advertisements for bp canons ... that small ones are safe and OK. ( .177 or .22 cal ). When you mentioned a “ small one “ ....... you could have been reading right off the CL ads for them. Of course you probably would have no way of knowing that yayahahahaya. Trippy ....

Huh .... that’s actually an interesting idea .... go out with a bang yayahahahaya. Shoot me over the Cliff on the coastal highway in Big Sur . Problem is , I guess, my wife wouldn’t be keen to load and fire a cannon. Maybe I could load it up for her before I croak .......... hummmmmm ..... I guess not.( logistics problem with the ashes )

Maybe I could take the three pounds of black powder cannon propellant I have left .... and make up a fixture that would hold my cremation ashes in a zip lock bag and blow myself up . Spread the ashes dust all over the place at Rivers End in Sur ... I doubt that anyone would notice an explosion that big there. 😂

Think I read someplace that so many people were dumping urns in the creek at Rivers End that they passed a law against it. Yayahahahaya

Sneaking in and fertilizing a giant sequoia with me would be kewl ....you’d think a little potash ( pun intended ) would be beneficial.... think they have also had to stop that as well .. oh well you just CAn’t have any ashes fun anymore. 😂😂😂😂😂. Dang ....
