Xtandi from herbsandmeds.com

Has anyone tried this? Are they trustworthy? I live in Sweden and the healthcare is almost free. My cancer is now castration resistent and I went to Finland for a PET.scan for Lu-177 treatment three weeks ago and they told me I was suitable for the treatment. The doctor also told me I should take Xtandi during lutetium treatment. I have tried to get a prescription from my Swedish doctor but he refuses and I have to pay for the drug myself. Now I found this: herbsandmeds.com/buy-xtandi... but I don`t know if it´s a fake. The price is a third of what I have to pay in Sweden.

Have your doctor contact Xtandi Solutions. They can help with the cost for xtandi if you qualify.

If you are metastatic and castration resistant, why does your doctor refuse to prescribe Xtandi? Will he prescribe Zytiga?

Anders, if you have to buy Xtandi out of pocket, another option would be to buy the drug in Turkey. Astellas Pharma imports Xtandi in Turkey, so it is original product. There is only one form available, Xtandi 40 mg 112 capsules and the retail price is around EUR 1700 -1750 depending on the exchange rate. Much cheaper than any European country.

Hey Axolottl2!

Did you ask your doctor why? Did your Swedish doctor offer to have a conversation with the doctor in Finland or just a NO! Will the Swedish health care system let you "doctor shop" as we can in the US?

I have walked out on a doctor and when ready to do so with another doctor, it was she that said our relationship as patient and doctor was less than optimal and that we should part company--she spit it out first. A primary care assembly line doctor. Because of my age statins and a cardiac CT scan--?? I knew what condition my heart was in. I was doing LIVE O2 sessions, getting my heart rate to peak at max and blood O2 level momentarily down to as low as 72%.

Is it a personal thing between you and your doctor? Should you look for another doctor or bribe the one you have?

Are you aware of the response that one of Dr. Klotz's patients who was hormone resistant had to dosing himself 3X daily with the hot sauce his family manufactures?

The study was published on 11/28/2019.

No, I don´t think the Swedish and Finnish doctor talk to each other. I got the impression that they don´t like each other at all. I have now begun to take Xtandi that I paid myself, and it´s kind of ironic that I experienced some scary side effects, I had a very strange feeling in my left leg and then I partially lost my vision for about thirty seconds, , first on my right eye and then on my left, so I decided to quit. All symtoms are gone now but I think I ´ll save the pills for another day.

Hey Axolotl2!

I am sorry that you have had to go through this. Kicking a guy when he is down? The animosity between the two doctors may have lowered the priority of you as a patient needing their expertise. Ego and lack of empathy intruding on professionalism?

Can you doctor shop in your country?

Don't forget about the capsaicin. The study's results is "hot off the presses"! 11/28/2019!

I wish you the best.
