My father's face leg swelling is okay now from medicine and high BP is controlled via medicine too. Doctors will check next week if there is need for angiography or not. But again after a month seems UTI infection is back. What can be the cause?

In those with PCA ,the tendency to have recurrent UTI is common. Most UTIs are caused by Gram Negative bacilli bacteria such as E Coli, Klebsiella or Proteus.
Antibiotics which kill these types of bacteria are Ciproflox, levoflox, Bactrim etc.
Get the UTI treated by the doctor ASAP. Then, try to prevent further UTIs by natural, cold pressed, sugar free Crane berry juice .
Are you certain it’s not chronic bacterial prostatitis ? Symptoms can be identical to a “UTI” and prone to recur promptly if inadequate length of treatment
A usual 7-10 day course of antibiotics is inadequate for prostatitis.
Hard to diagnose, even harder to get a positice urine culture. May be worthwhile to treat empirically for 28 days
classical tests are culture of semen or post-prostatic massage urine culture--very specific but not very sensitive (i.e ,more false negative results)
The lack of sensitivity can be due to the presence of "fastidious" bacteria. They are called fastidious because they will not grown in routine culture media but require very special media. This is a problem being recognised more than in the past. Below are some references from the literature:
Gram-Positive Uropathogens, Polymicrobial Urinary Tract Infection, and the Emerging Microbiota of the Urinary Tract.
