Off to NYC for my 4th NYC marathon with Team ZERO. I've raised almost 14k so far. No results back from Kaiser about Axumin scan , trying to get an appt with MO. Hope that no news is good news.
My best to y'all on your own "camino"

In my opinion it's better news when you have difficulty setting up an appointment. On the other hand, when your doctor calls you and asks if you can be in his office at 7am the next morning, it's never a good thing. And that's how I got my initial diagnosis.
Good luck in NYC!
Better luck on the scan results. I won't be close to being in marathon shape to run Philly with you, so you have to stay healthy enough to run a while longer
Believe or not....the humble pumpkin is an anti inflammatory food loaded with many essential nutrients and full load of soluble fiber....Good food for PCa people !
"Drs Beatty, Mingen Liu, and team suggest that researchers now need to do further work around macrophages and their metabolism. They explain that numerous drugs that medicine currently uses in the treatment of diabetes and cardiovascular disease, for instance, can affect the metabolic activity of these cells. "
- might be a hint to metformin which affects cellular metabolism.
Don't forget the pasta before the fasta you runna.... Weather here in NYC will be perfect for the marathon.... sunny and cool..... When you're running across the Queensboro (now Koch) 59 Street Bridge give me a wave....
