This may be of interest, especially to those contemplating post-radiation salvage treatment (as well as those contemplating primary treatment). Seems to me this could address one of the issues with HIFU -- the cooling coil should allow more energy to be directed toward killing the cancer with less chance of recurrrence and w/o damage to the "downtown business district." Full disclosure: I received HIFU treatment from Dr Scionti and found him very skillful and compassionate.
