hi getting back w my stats nov 18 gs24 dec 21 jan before rp 21 end of march after rp bcr psa 21 was put on lupron and casodex seems to be working may bt test was .9 psa were 0.09 testos psma scan was almost clean i will get back on that wondering if it is enough or should i do more urologist one of the top in montreal THANK YOU for any input

So from what I understand, you had an RP that failed. A PSMA scan showed distant metastases. You were given Lupron + Casodex. Not Zytiga?

Hi mr tall yes still have some cancer in lymph nodes according to Psma scan going for 2nd shot lupron tomorrow doctor hasn’t suggested any other combination since it’s working on the nodes I believe if u understand French I’ll forward you a copy of my scan have a good day thank you for response

My French is inadequate. I think you should talk to a radiation oncologist about whole pelvic salvage radiation.

Hi Mr T I saw a ro he looked at my scan and said lupron is working as he said the cells are diminishing he also said that even if he wanted to do radiation cells on the right lymph is to close to the small intestine and told me to see what my urologist has to say in sept any suggestions Thank you

Careful contouring and no margins are important.
