If you are talking about Homburg (small city in the Saar region) as opposed to Hamburg, then my buddy has been there several times and was really impressed with the treatment he received. A very attentive medical staff, very collegial in their approach and most of the doctors spoke excellent English. The cost of treatment included a Gallium PET scan and if there was a poor response to Lutetium then they were not adverse to trying Actinium. There are also good train connections from Frankfurt airport to Homburg. The only thing he was not knocked out about was the hospital food (common complaint).

As Ryder wrote, the doctors at Homburg/Saar do an excellent job. Here is a link to the nuclear department of the clinic. They also do treatment of neuroendocrine cancer.
