Used a penguin cold cap during chemo on Tuesday to help prevent CIA. Sustained 2nd degree freezer burns on my scalp. Had 2 large blisters incised and drained today by dermatology. So be careful.

I wore a thin cap, something that is used under wigs and did not have any freezer burn issues.
