KEES treatment...do any of you have experience?

KEES treatment seems to be a mix of four medicine , low dose chemo and ADT against advance PC

If anyone know more , im interested in your opinion.

Im on my way to germany for LU-177 treatment...was thinking lowdose chemo would be good for the circulating cells in the bloodstream.

Would be happy to hear your toughts.

Chemo and Lu-177-PSMA-617 should not be done together. They both suppress bone marrow/immune system.

Do you have more information about "low dose" chemo?

As I understand it, docetaxel chemotherapy is usually administered every three weeks for 10 cycles if the patient can tolerate it. A fixed formula sets the dosage at 75 mg/m2. A fellow I knew had degarelix plus 25 mg/m2 = 1/ 3 the usual dose of docetaxel, but administered every week instead of every 3 weeks. This was under the care of the "Compassionate Oncology" group in Los Angeles in the U.S. In his particular case, he claimed that the treatment was effective and he experienced no serious side effects. I have also seen references to 35 mg/m2 weekly, or 50 mg/m2 every two weeks

In one sense, his treatments were "low dose" because each infusion was 1/3 the usual dose. In another sense it was standard dose since he received the same total amount in the same total time. Is that what you are contemplating? Or are you thinking of getting less than the usual total amount of drug? Is a doctor advising you to do this?
