They do require name, address, phone number, email address, company (I entered "self") and a choice of user type ("Patient or Cancer Survivor"). Not much more info than some people gladly enter on sweepstakes or rebate forms. I will acknowledge that people do have different privacy concerns.

Just as a comment. I fill in my email address anymore to anything and it fills in my name, address and phone number. Very unnerving. And Alexa is listening to me 24/7. I am sure my tv is spying on me. I am looking at my toaster with great suspicion.
Lots of info but bottom line is after docetaxel/taxotere is the statement that Enzalutamide and Zytiga may slightly prolong life after above treatment. (noted on last couple of pages) Not much encouragement for stage 4 Gleason 9/10 metasasized Pca patients. Hope they are wrong, side effects of Xtandi have been horrible.
