........ Vitamin D ( A U-shaped association has been observed, with both low-and high vitamin-D concentrations being associated with an increased risk of PCa, and more strongly for high-grade disease /51,52/).......
What are your opinions on this?
Here`s the good news for me and for many of us:
Alcohol: High alcohol intake, but also total abstention from alcohol has been associated with a higher risk of PCa and PCa-specific mortality /39/ A meta-analysis shows a dose-response relationship with PCa /40/

Interesting, my vitamin d was low, 20 and a doctor told me to take a vitamin d suppliment. My D level rose to 80. Now it's down to 30 and I am still taking 1000 i.u.'s of D3.
As to alcohol, my wife and I will split a small 187ml bottle of wine about 2 times a week with dinner. I have a 12 oz bottle of beer on Saturdays with our pizza and a movie. Moderation is key.
