It's easy to misunderstand the point of their "community practice" study.. 5aris actually increase the diagnostic accuracy of the PSA test if used properly. 5aris reduce the PSA from BPH but not the PSA from prostate cancer. So for men taking it:
1) If it doesn't reduce PSA, the PSA is probably due to PCa or prostatitis.
2) If it reduces PSA, but then PSA increase while taking it, it is a good indicator of cancer progression.
