CT and bone scans are not equivalent to an Axumin scan or PSMA scan. I was negative on CT and bone scan and positive on Axumin for one met lesion. PSA is a biochemical marker that is used to measure regression and progression, but is not infallible in its use. If your PSA is high enough, get a better scan to get a better picture IMHO.
