Trying to understand PSA a bit more

I am looking for some literature to get a better understanding of PSA variation among men with similar tumor burden and how important really is a rising value if scans remain relatively stable? For context I talking an increase in the range of +10-15 points/mo with a linear rate of increase.

It all has to do with Gleason score and the individual. For some a small movement in PSA is significant for others it's not. I personally have had my PSA rise to 130 with no findings on my CAT scan or bone scan.
