Xtandi for non MCRPC

Since being approved last July how many of you guys are in this scenario ? While my PSA was shooting through the roof in terms of doubling .08 in September when we caught it after Proton therapy and becoming partially castrate resistant to 3.95 in January it took Xtandi/ Lupron15 days to knock it to 1.5 . Going for a recheck in April...They really gave me a choice between this and Erleada because they feel they do not have enough data yet to compare them though the results are similar. I simply opted for Xtandi simply because the FAA is used to dealing with this drug. Has anyone gone to Erleada? Again Stage 4 non met and also on that wonderful little compound Lupron......when I wake up at night hot I just laugh and think .....holy shit I did wake up which means I am still alive and can fly tomorrow!! This post is just being curious.....

I am in a very similar situation. Had robotic surgery in 2016 with PSA at 15. They found I had extra capsular extension and lymph node involvement..... 2 of 5 lymph nodes removed had tumors. After surgery PSA was still at 12, but PET and bone scans could not find the source, so I was declared non-metastatic (although I would think lymph nodes should count as metastatic). Started Firmagon and Eligard (Lupron) injections which brought PSA down to the 2 ish range, then switched over to just Firmagon, which got PSA under 1. After 20 months on Firmagon, PSA start doubling every 6 weeks, and after a few months of that, I was declared castrate resistant. Started Xtandi 4 months ago along with 3 month Eligard injection and PSA is now virtually undetectable, so I guess its so far so good...

Extensive mets. Chemo. Xtandi 19 months. 0.2 psa 7 months in row. Find out if it will be 8 mo. in a row today. With no mets maybe you can keep on flying a long, long time Sky King.

Yup ...I need to rename my dog from Gracie to Penny.

Sorry, but Penny was SKY KING's niece who he was molesting. The dog's name is a mystery some say "Keelo" "Corky" "White Shadow" or just "Shadow". But I still think the dog's name was "Geronimo" cause that's what I remember Sky King yelling at the dog as he threw it out of the plane.
