so i had an idea. tried it and it works no question for me and its quite amazing i must say. i used an alternate which i happened to have around the sublingual spray nitroglycerin applied directly to shaft and wetting it down with saliva as i think there's some reaction . not saying anyone else should do it. but thats my experience. take it for what its worth. but i'll be asking Dr. next visit if i can get a script for the cream.
good luck everybody

not so far. will have to ask next time i see oncologist or whatever, see whats available. its not something you'd probably want to use unprotected. not sure what it would do. but for me and all thats been done down there like the rest of us i dont mind taking whatever risk there might be for some pleasure. been cut, zapped, castrated for a while why not spread some nitro on the sir henry. lol.
I think your post belongs here as well. Issues with ED are a big problem for most of us fighting this beast. I went the way of having a penile implant, but I know many would prefer non-surgical alternatives if possible.
I got the pump and love it....simple surgery ...Dr. Run Wang at MD Anderson....Good name do you not think...medicare covered it...he also does the procedure off campus at a private hospital...does hundreds so he knows what he is doing....as with any surgeon make sure he does them a lot....Blue Skies Pilot 52.
November of 2016. I really think it depends on where you go...I have had two procedures done at major research hospitals ...one being MD Anderson and the second at Emory in Atlanta for something totally unrelated to my prostate condition.. A private practice was going to charge me 7000.00 total and the way the doctor at Emory approached it I was covered...If you go to a private clinic good chance no coverage..and that being said it may also be true at the major research hospitals....
My doctor prescribed me an antidepressant -- trazodone, 50 mg. I took only 3/4 of a pill to help me sleep, which is the reason he prescribed it. Well I had some difficulty sleeping as I woke up with an erection that lasted and lasted. I was concerned that this might be a case of priapism but it wasn't -- got up to pee and it retreated (down boy!). This med is weird. Even in small doses (never took more than 1/2 of 50 mg before) it causes loss of libido. My doctor did mention that his name for it is 'trazo-boner' for this well known side effect. BTW I've heard that a remedy for priapism is to slam 4 sudafed. Could save an embarrassing trip to the ER. Not a doctor, just reporting a remedy that I read for trimix users and assume that it applies to priapism regardless of cause. Trazodone might not be a good idea considering the risk of priapism.
Well, Sir, I have a limp biscuit, but the words nitroglycerin and dick in the same sentence really made me laugh. Sorry. Just remember you have a problem some of us can only dream of. Enjoy, and then what the hell, enjoy again.
Stress can cause so many problems. I myself ended up having a PE. It can be treated with worldpharm365.com/product/p... but in any way, now I try to manage stress and not to get in stressful situation because I know what it can lead to.
