Well I received good news yesterday from my onc--PSA 2.9 --lowest it's been in a while--scans show no new spots and the spots that were on the right hip have not gotten any larger--- 11 years in...Zytiga + Lupron---no radical dietary changes--plenty of fruits and veggies, lots of water, moderate alcohol, exercise and a cheat meal (whatever I want) once a week...I just want to say that I gain so much inspiration from all of you out there not just from the information but mostly for the love of life ya'll have in spite of these (shall we say) less than ideal circumstances. Please keep it up! Best piece of advice I got--keep your loved ones close!
