Quercetin as a PARP inhibitor

Seems that Q has a lot of potential in many ways. These are in vitro and in vivo pre-clinical findings that are a couple of years old, but worth a review in light of the significant number of trials now underway on the PARP drug combos. Apols if I've cross-posted.

If you read the study cited by Trecento, as usual (1) there is no information on what is the ctherapeutic dose of Quercitin for humans and (2) the forms of rutin cited, monoglucosyl rutin and maltooligosyl rutin are not listed in any rutin containing products. Doesn't seem to be much in the way of standardization either. I guess we just pinch or noses and take these supplements along with everything else. Why "500 mgs" on an empty stomach."?
