Finding Help for paying for Medications

I have seen a few posts on help with paying for medications and I cannot offer a good detailed bit of advice . If anyone out there is well versed and knowledgeable on this subject it would be appreciated if you could chime in with some advice. Thanks Steve.

I always buy the generic if available. I called the drug company and sometimes they send medicine to your doctor for you at no charge. Health insurance helps. Your doctor's co-pay can be eliminated by cancer charity groups, ask your doctor. These groups are in different cities in America. Finding a local oncologist saves gasoline an time. You can send a letter or call an oncologist from a long distance for a second opinion. It is important that your doctor is aware of anything that can effect your recovery. Just remember to just keep truckin'.
