Thank you, good info, and by an eminent authority! (I corresponded with Dr. Schweizer, but he indicated probably he would only want to be involved with my BAT if I were already CR.)
I don't blame him. It's risky stuff with very little data. It should only be done as part of a clinical trial. I think Oliver Sartor is treating selected patients with it per protocol. The problem is there are as yet no predictive biomarkers. No one knows yet how to distinguish men who will respond from those who will get worse.

As you know, I am using a modified BAT for my HSPC. I supply my labs to my MO and she supports this therapy (after a few months she supported my prior therapy: continual high testosterone).
