Started Xtandi mid January 2018 psa was 3.5. Latest psa test 0.05. Some minor side effects but manage to do a few hours exercise daily.

You rock brother! In Feb 2019, it’ll be 5 years on Xtandi for me. PSA @ 0.06!

It's been 4+ years on Xtandi for me, PSA still undetectable, side effects can be tough and seem to increase as time goes on. However my PCa onco, Dr. Sartor, recommends that I do things to mitigate the side effects and stay on it till it runs its course. Median time for Xtandi to fail is 2.2 years if memory serves me. Glad to hear here are other outliers out there.
