Per earlier posts, with pT3b and PSA of 0.056 and rising at 8 months post-RRP, I am rapidly heading towards BCR and am agonising about eSRT - so Decipher sounds like something useful to throw into the decision mix.
Until, that is, you actually try to get the test done from a Melbourne base!! Maybe I've just been unlucky, but neither my Oncologist or Urologist have had any experience in ordering Decipher, although they both seem to know a bit about the test itself.
I would certainly appreciate any available guidance from Antipodeans who have tried to Decipher their furure recently....
Thanks in advance...

Seems like i’m Going to have to answer my own question!!
After several weeks waiting for my Urologist to make Decipher happen, I tried something novel and phoned GenomeDX myself.
Turns out they’re quite friendly towards non-US based users - just download and fill in the form, have your doctor sign it, and once they have assessed it they call up to take US$3400 on Visa, and you’re off to the races. They FedEx the sample kit to your path lab, with a return bag.
Now I just have to hope that the odd kangaroo and koala RNA fragmwnts they’ll no doubt find in there don’t throw their analysis off!!
