It’s easier said than done. But every little bit of activity counts. This fight is not a sprint, it’s a marathon.

I have been exercising regularly for years. Aftermy diagnosis with many bone Mets I’ve been advised to avoid weight-based exercise but I’ve maintained an exercise regimen with walking 3-4 miles a day and some other exercises that Don’t involve using weights. It was not difficult to maintain while beginning ADT. I recently started docetaxel and the exercise definitely helps with the fatigue. I have more energy when I do it than when I don’t but I still need a break a couple of times a day.
