Looking to add ursolic acid to my list of supplements. Seeking recommendations on where to buy and appropriate dosage. Thanks for any help I can get.

I used to rely on NewChapter Holy Basil Force, but I'm not sure of product quality since the founders bowed out.

Search for "Holy Basil" on Swanson, iHerb, etc & look for good brands with ursolic acid standardized to 2% (or higher).

Ursolic Acid comes from the isolates of Rosemary Leaf Extracts. "In this sense, many major biological properties have been attributed to this plant, mainly hepatoprotective [1], antimicrobial [2,3], antithrombotic [4], diuretic [5], antidiabetic [6], anti-inflammatory [7], antioxidant [8], and anticancer [9,10,11,12]. Accordingly, it has been previously reported that rosemary extracts and their isolated components show inhibitory effects on the growth of breast, liver, prostate, lung, and leukemia cancer cells [13,14]."

You might consider my source called Bio New Genics. Their organic ursolic acid is a 35% extract which is quite high and is in powder form so you can regulate it easily.
