Low sugar with enzalutamide

My father has been on enzalutamide 3 tablets daily for 5 months now. He has been on Eligard-45mg 6 monthly since May 2016. Chemo, radiation ,surgery , medical details mentioned in Bio. Recently started noticing low blood sugar levels for him, between 60-75 . It always had been around 110 earlier. Has any one experienced low blood sugar after being on Enzalutamide\Xtandi? Did you take any medication for it or just kept monitoring? Right now bisphosphonates(Zoledronic acid) 3 monthly is also going on for him since May 2016, he has done 14 doses till now and onco had asked to take total 24.

I suppose that these are fasting glucose numbers. 110 was quite high IMO (pre-diabetic) but not high enough to be treated? Yet suddenly he is hypoglycemic.

Has his diet changed? Has he become excessively anxious?

The short-term remedy is to eat more frequently. I know some who must have a glass of orange juice as soon as they wake up. But the condition does need to be checked out.

Hypoglycemia does not appear among the Enzalutamide side effects listed on rxlist.com/xtandi-side-effe...

thanks ,diet had not changed much. he does not seem to have any problem though, we modified his diet and eating timings. oncologist advised same and did not give any medicines. it seems ok now, not sure if it was due to meals frequency or what.
