came over to check it out after TA recommended it.. 66yo DX PC in 2013, g3+3 PSA 21.. went on AS until fusion BX in early 2018 g5+3 downgrade to g3+4 at VASF then re grade to g4+3 at JHU. CT/bone scans clear..started HT (eligard 6mo) on 9/4/18 RO plans 40 fractions EBRT in november.. my question is about ADT. how long is reasonable to expect my PSA to drop showing the ADT is doing its job.. PSA on 9/4 was 22.. plan on asking this of my RO but hard to get info very fast. thanks Ed

They usually wait 2 months for ADT to have maximum impact in lowering PSA.
