How long does it take pembro to work?

I'm in a pembro study an have had 4 infusions. My psa has continued to go up. I was told that this is expected and that it takes time for the immune system to learn what it needs to do. How long should it take before I see my psa score go down? Or not?

In the following pilot study, median progression-free survival was 3.5 months, with 17% having at least a partial regression and 35% with stable disease.

Immunotherapy doesn't always show up as a PSA reduction - they have to look at regression of mets and immune response.
