Some time ago, both Nalakrats and Patrick commented on the use of Taurine and Anginine to ward off or ween off of A-fib meds. Included in the discussion was the dosages used for the amino acids Taurine and Anginine but I cannot find the dosage recommended for Serrapeptase. Patrick, if you read this post, do you have a recommendation?

As I recall, you were on Warfarin as well as A-fib meds.
I have relied heavily on nattokinase, ever since my doctor gave me permission to stop using Warfarin, even though one of my DVTs had not yet been cleared. I use a D-dimer test to monitor that my dose is sufficient.
I have been lukewarm about the added benefit of serrapeptase, but began taking it 3(?) years ago at a dose of 40,000 SPUs. It didn't agree with me, so I stopped. But I know several who use both nattokinase & serrapeptase to ward against unwanted coagulation.
Neither of these would have been suggested for A-fib.
The combo that weaned my wife off A-fib meds was 2,000 mg Taurine + 1,000 mg Arginine on an empty stomach. She started at three times daily, but quickly cut back to once (upon wakening & an hour before eating.)
I was on Warfarin but now I take a small dose of Eliquis. My cardiologist is ok with that, I also re-started Natto and began taking Taurine and Arginin since your and Nal's communications of the past. My A-Fib seems to be stable but its just that I was re-reading some of the correspondence and thought that I might also add Serrapeptase, I think that I will pass for now. BTW, I had been taking Natto for about 20 years after I read of its overall health benefits from Dr. Williams, an Alternative-type doctor.
