Phase 3 Trial starting soon Zytiga•Ipatasertib/Placebo•Prednisone

Has anyone tried this Phase 1 or 2?

I wish it were evaluated against Zytiga+Prednisone instead of just a placebo.

I did the phase 2 around Xmas but had to come off the iPat after a month. Diarrhea caused dehydration even after lowering dose.

Yep. I continued on Zytiga and it's working great so far

Oh..I think it raised my blood sugar a bit but not a huge deal
