I hope it’s ok to post an article here that’s not a scientific study. We’re having issues with anemia, and last week our numbers came up for the first time in months-so no transfusion this week. I think it was Nalakrats talking about deep breathing exercises, so we’ve been working on that and several of these other suggestions. Seems to be making a difference.

One of the consequences of ADT is a reduction in circulating red blood cells. There is therefore a reduction in the oxygen that can be carried.
If anemia is due to sub-optimal testosterone, it will not be corrected by throwing the usual minerals & vitamins at it (iron, copper, B12, etc.) (IMO, the three I mention are to be avoided unless deficiency has been verified by a doctor.)
& so, we are left with (a) perhaps improving the oxygenation rate by deeper breaths, & improving the blood flow by mild aerobic exercise (which will increase the breathing rate & total oxygen intake.)
PubMed is not particularly helpful. The following is common:
"Practitioners should monitor haemoglobin levels, and treat symptomatic patients." [1]
