I just got this book last week (did someone here recommend it?). Though it covers all "shades of blue (stages of PC)" I found it helpful for my present stage- "High Flying Indigo". There is also a "Lifestyle and General Health Issues" section. Mark Scholz put out the book, but there are 29 other "leading experts" contributing. Worth it.

I have the same book on my desk next to my bed. It’s an excellent source for all stages of PC. Dr Scholz is my oncologist and he is incredibly knowledgeable. He is more than willing to think out of the box but always with a scientific backed approach. But the awesome part of this book is that he brings in experts from virtually all legitimate treatment modalities for all stages of the disease and each is discussed as to its positives and negatives. This takes to typical biases out that most single author medical books are bound to contain. Scholz office has three excellent prostate oncologists on staff and they can provide second (or third ) opinions on all that is PC. This book is a must read gang for you and those that are helpful you navigate this PC world.
