Hey APC brothers, "We're alive, and that's a plus"!... :P

I just wanted to start and uplifting thread/post with only positive thoughts. I know that's odd coming from me, but I thought it was a good idea.

Hello everyone, I'm happy to be alive for my family, friends, Riding, Shooting, Tinkering with cars, and to keep earning for my family's welfare.

I absolutely refuse to let this APC win. Not happening. I'm not getting "owned" by cancer.

One thing I thing that I think is wonderful about this site, is that people "outside side of this site" speak and rage over race, creed, color, religious views, sex preferences, ect... It's in the news, it's in politics, ect...

"Inside these articles and site", we're all fighters and survivors helping each other and new people who join. Like the way people jumped in and helped, educated, and encouraged me when I joined "just last month". I can't thank everyone enough for bending over backwards trying to help me and keep me headed in a positive direction "LULU"....lol :P I think that's a pretty special thing.

God bless everyone no matter what your flavor of God might be! We're all in this together and we will see it through together!

Have a great day! :)

With you all the way. Trying to do the same, but bike and airplane went away long ago when family became more important. New family here to take into our hearts. God bless you and keep up the fight.

Hey, good to hear your spirit come roaring through. I didn't believe in much when my dad first got diagnosed and I wasted endless months crying and doing the one thing no family hit by cancer should do...googling.ahhh! I thank God for these guys here who informed me. My dad is currently almost two yeArs post dx smiling and doing immunotherapy. I'm not sure if his psa went up before immunotherapy. Dad's hide things.

My mom.was diAgnosed with stage 4 lung cancer on Easter, so even though he's sick he cared more that my sister's and I took care of my mom. A funweek for my family was mom passed out at mri thurs, dad passed out Friday, and I was in er Saturday . But just like you said , no one died, and Damn grateful to be here.

You mentioned that cancer won't own you. A friend of mine who healed from cancer had told me the same thing.she also said she never OWNED HER.DISEASE. she'd never say my cancer etc. She'd Say something more like , the disease running through me, etc. But I think the power was in the thought she never OWNED nor got OWNED by cancer.

Your family is lucky to have an active and caring man as husband and father. There is no greater honor.

This is just a detour, a little sightseeing in God's plan

Keep ridin!keep rockin!
