I have a chance to possibly get into a trial using Proxalutamide or a chance of another using LU-177. Does anyone have any experience or opinion on which I should try for first?

Which trial should I try?
My choice would be the 177Lu, no question. This is assuming that the treatment is the conjugate where 177Lu is joined with something that makes it stick to PSMA (a PSMA ligand), preferably not j591 (the full antibody), but even that giant binding agent that would be ok. 177Lu is the warhead, the other part is the guidance system.
ECYT, the company that makes the drug, is doing very well in the stock market. It is very hip. The xxxxxamide I have not heard of, but looks like another variation of the hormone strategy in the bicalutimide enzalutimide family.
For me, no question.

The bankers love it.
The market is pretty ruthless...betting on our lives, but it is a good barometer.
Both good choices (I assume you mean Lu-177-PSMA). There's more efficacy and safety data on Lu-177-PSMA. In the proxalutamide trial, if you have a good response to the drug, they will let you stay on it for up to a year. So can you start with the proxalutamide trial, and then join the Lu-177-PSMA trial? If the anti-androgen doesn't work for you, you could join the Lu-177-PSMA trial sooner.
Phase 2 Lu 177 (two different doses) is about to sunset and be replaced by phase 3 where 2/3 get the drug and 1/3 get left out. Time is of the essence if you want to be sure you get the drug.
