When ever I read a research paper on PCa it always starts out stating recurrent PCa is highly treatable but invariably turns castrate resistant which is fatal. In reality that is describing 85% of the cases, every MO will tell you that he has patients who have been on Lupron for 20 years. My question is why...instead of just developing new drugs at $10000 a bottle to fight crPCa find out why the 15% remains hormone sensitive...preventing CR would be almost as good as a cure

A certain percent have very slow growing tumors and it takes a very long time to notice an increase in PSA while on adt. They are probably the same men who would do as well with no treatment at all.
