RUNNING OUT OF OPTIONS

The cancer is running ramped with the spine, lymph system, kidneys and liver being effected we have tapped out the chemo options.

I went to Boston Dana Farber to view some potential clinical trials. All hopes were dash when they did some blood work and stated that I was not a viable candidate for clinical trials.

My Facebook Friends have sent up prayers for over 4.5 years. I almost gave up on the power of prayer when the Boston Oncologist told me when he saw me 4.5 years ago that he had not expected me to another year. Prayer works ... I got an extra 3.5 years to enjoy my family, friends and my archery business and life.

God bless all you who are suffering with this insidious disease. Be strong!

Dana Farber is a good cancer center...what did the blood test show that precludes clinial trials

PSA shot up to 258, kidney function in the left kidney is non-functional, liver function is low,

and a few other things. According to my genetic testing there was only one clinical trial available and I did not meet their minimal requirements.

But what about clinical trials elsewhere?

I'm truly sorry to hear of your recent misfortune.

FYI- BAT is NEVER used on men with symptomatic mets - it would only kill them faster and very painfully.

I hesitate to suggest it but you may be a candidate for sodium dichloroacetate (dca). Try the website thedcasite.com. It is an off market drug and not approved by the FDA. There is a clinic in Canada that treats cancer patients with DCA. You can find information on it on that website.

Try DES...sometimes works when everything else fails...when PCSPES was available, which was a supplement spiked with DES, a lot of guys got results when everything else failed...you want DES 1mg and take with nattokinase
