After one month of Xtandi my psa has gone from 3.5 to 1.5, hopefully it will continue to go down.

Good luck. Xtandi made my PSA go from 133 to 0.6 in three months.

Yes still on three monthly Lupron.

That’s great news. Hopefully, it will continue that downward trend.

I began Firmagon in July 2016 and added Xtandi one year ago (February 2017). My PSA has been <.01 for 11 months.

I hope you get the same results from the Xtandi!

14 months now on Xtandi. PSA remains at .005. Several side affects but am staying with it even at its cost.

I have just started Xtandi. Since I recently got out of hospital my Oncol.put me on 1 pill temporarily. I am extremely tired. How doyou feel ? I had taken Zytiga for 7 or 8 mths. with good results until it stopped working.

I'm also tired, but it has eased from the first two weeks. My Onco believes the tiredness gets better in time as the body adjusts to the lack of testosterone. Exercise is important if you get motivated.

I started 2 wks. ago....exhausted and temporarily on only 1 pill.

Hi Landcrab, I've also been on Xtandi (with Zoladex) for 1 month. I haven't yet had a PSA test, but my pain and stiffness has dropped dramatically, so it must be working. I hope we both get a long run out of it. My PSA was 3.6 before I started, having risen from 0.69 a few months before that. Cheers Paul.
